What is a bank Foreclosure and how can I buy for only 50% of the Tax appraised value ?
When homeowners can not pay their mortgage, the bank makes a procedure of capture from the court as required by Florida law.
Once the court assigns the house to the bank, the bank evicts the previous owner or tenant if he did not leave by himself.
The bank must verify if there are no liens against the property and eventually remove all mortgages and solve all the problems of violations with the City and State.
When the bank is done searching and solve all the
problems, it may proceed to the sale of the house.
